• Folios shall process the personal data found herein according to the provisions of the data protection act and any other applicable law. In case of any default by the client in the fulfilment of any terms of this agreement, folios has the right to pass on any information or reference contained herein to any third party legally entitled to receive such information.
• Folios’ liability under this agreement shall be limited to the price of the goods and under no circumstances will Folios be liable to any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
• Folios shall not be under any liability to the customer, or third parties, by reason of force majeure or any acts, events or omissions which are unforeseeable or beyond the reasonable control of Folios.
• Payments must be made prior to delivery of items.

Complaints

• Folios will ensure that customer’s needs are reached and exceeded.
• Should there be need to submit a complaint early verbal notification by customer is recommended. Folios will evaluate the need for an immediate on-site visit to avoid any disputes.
• For justified complaints, Folios
  • Accepts to take back at its own expense the defective goods.
  • Shall replace the goods at once or as soon as stock becomes available.
